Terms of Service

Last updated: May 17, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Hank. By creating an account or using Hank, you agree to these terms.

What Hank does

Hank provides owner-side project organization tools for custom home builds, including document organization, bid comparison, contract and change-order checklists, milestone tracking, project records, chat, free tools, and AI-assisted summaries.

No professional advice

Hank is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Hank also does not provide licensed construction, architecture, engineering, tax, accounting, insurance, or financial advice. Information and AI-assisted output are for educational and project-management support only. You are responsible for reviewing important decisions with qualified professionals.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate account and project information.
  • Upload or enter only information you have the right to use and share.
  • Review outputs before relying on them or sharing them with others.
  • Keep your login credentials secure.
  • Use Hank lawfully and respectfully.

Project collaborators

If you invite collaborators, builders, or other project participants, you are responsible for ensuring they are authorized to access the project information you share. Collaborator permissions may affect what information they can view or submit.

AI-assisted output

AI systems can make mistakes, omit context, or misunderstand documents. Hank may flag questions, risks, or next steps, but those outputs are not final determinations. You remain responsible for decisions about your project.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Hank. We may update these terms from time to time by posting a revised version on the site.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hank is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, project delays, construction outcomes, or decisions made based on Hank outputs.
